General Manager – Retail Optical - exciting opportunity in focus!

We are adding a full time General Manager to our dynamic team! The ideal manager will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in optical management or high volume retail and must have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to promoting positive growth in your team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer related issues in a timely manner.
  • Work in a hands on environment with a positive attitude.
  • Understand the basics of good management and ability to lead a diverse workforce while keeping the Company’s goals in mind

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of store while maintaining customer service standards
  • Effectively lead, train and mange a staff of 20+ team members
  • Posses sound judgement and proven problem solving skills
  • Be proficient with computers and POS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Analyze business and create action plans.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
  • Set goals and manage to expectations through clear communication of sales; operational procedures; performance standards; dress code and all other company policies and procedures.
